Full disclosure: When my producer suggested television segments with this “Instafamous pasta lady” I had no idea who she was. It didn’t take too long to figure out why Salty Seattle has nearly 200k Instagram followers! A colorful feed, comments from celebrities like supermodel Gigi Hadid (I thought models didn’t eat carbs?!), Linda is a masterful blend of relatable and aspirational.

Throughout the past few months, we’ve become great friends and even hatched a plan to set our parents up and become step-sisters.
