Weight Loss Wednesday #16 – You Guys Actually Read This?!

I get asked a lot of questions about my weight loss. “How’d you do it? What plan are you on? What’s the secret?” There’s no secret. It’s good old fashioned diet and exercise. That is the only way, I believe, to make a permanent change.

When The Emily Program reached out to me about an interview, I was caught off guard.Β Yes, I’m very public about my journey but I never thought anyone was actually listening. The Emily Program is nationally recognized for their compassionate and personalized approach to eating disorder awareness, treatment, and lifetime recovery. Below is an excerpt from my interview…
