If I’m going to go on a blind date, it might as well be with up and coming, Midwest born and bred, funny and sexy country singer Brett Eldredge!
To be fair, I wasn’t the only one on the Blind Date. Our morning show hosted a concert for our listeners where they didn’t know who was performing until we brought them out on stage. I found out just a few minutes before everyone else who it was.
My March favorites can be summed up in one outfit. My favorite Old Navy denim, that I should retire but instead I bought another pair because I love them that much! These boots I snagged for a steal from Hautelook have only left my feet when I sleep.
I’ll be honest. I dressed around this Jewelmint necklace. I’m pleasantly surprised how versatile it is. Honorable March Favorites: China Glaze nail polish in “Flip Flop Fantasy” and every midi ring ever invented! What are YOUR March favorites? What do you love in fashion, beauty, or anything! I’d love to so please comment below.
There’s not much better than a sunny day in Seattle. Despite what everyone says, it does NOT always rain here. The sun is out, the sky is blue, and I’m thirsty for a mimosa with a side of gossip with my gal pals.
I’m embracing Spring by popping this amazing orange color on my fingernails. Originally I had chosen a pink polish but as I got my manicure yesterday, I spotted the chick next to me using this China Glaze color and I had to have it! Flip Flop Fantasy is so cute and it matched my mimosa. Cheers!
I was so excited I finally found an outfit to wear my new JewelMint necklace with! The chains with pastel pink accents was the perfect mix of feminine and rocker. Love it!
Anyone recognize the building behind me? If you’re a fan of Fifty Shades of Grey, you should! This is where Christian Grey lives. O-M-G! Although we didn’t spot him, my friends and I couldn’t resist playing tourist and snapping a few photos.
These ladies give the women from Sex & the City a run for their money. Check out these accessories! First, Melanie’s clutch from Banana Republic. (I seriously considered stealing this because it matched my nails!)
Alexis rocked the colored denim with black boots.
Dr. Erica (yes, she’s really a doctor) took color blocking to a whole new level and pieced this jewel toned necklace with her blue tweed-like jacket.
Nothing tops a bright and sunny day with great eats and even better friends. Bring it on Seattle! We’re ready to see what you have in store for us this season.
Besides being on the verge of death, the second worst thing about being sick is the lack of restraint when it comes to online shopping. I’ve discovered my new favorite jewelry site…JewelMint!
JewelMint is a jewelry subscription box service much like IPSY is for beauty. Keep reading for not one, but TWO, promo codes that you can use! Here’s how JewelMint works:
After stalking the site for weeks I finally decided to give JewelMint a shot. Using a promo code, I was able to buy two pieces for the price of one ($29.99).
#1 – The Rethink Pink Necklace
#2 – The Xena Necklace
Within hours of purchase, I was emailed a tracking code and my goodies were on their way. Talk about fast! Within a week I was able to get my grubby hands all over my new gems.
I had read plenty of reviews before taking the plunge and I think those that write negative ones are expecting too much from JewelMint. Here’s the thing, they don’t claim to be gold! It’s costume jewelry. They often have great deals, promotions, and ways to earn Style Points that can be used towards discounts. Would I spend $29.99 for every piece on the site? No. Is it fun to spend a mindless afternoon searching the site for a great find? Absolutely!
Want to give JewelMint a try? Here are TWO promo codes you can use for your first purchase.
JMFIRST8 – $8.99 First Piece(Excludes Collective, Mystery Boxes, Sale Items and Studio Series. Code set up for pieces valued at $29.99.)
1FORYOU – Get 2 Pieces for $29.99(Excludes sale items, Collective Collection pieces, Studio Series pieces, and Mystery Boxes. Promo code discount will be equal to the value of 1 credit piece.)
Remember: JewelMint is a subscription service box. It’s very easy to skip a month without being charged the monthly $29.99. All it takes is a simple click between the 1st and 5th of every month. If you forget to skip, you’ll earn a credit that can be used for a future purchase. You’re able to cancel your subscription at anytime.
Are you already subscribed to JewelMint? Which pieces are your favorite? Are there any other subscription boxes you absolutely love?
